The 6‑Degrees of Freedom Treatment Couch is a highly sophisticated treatment platform that allows our care team to adjust your position with exceptional precision. Unlike traditional treatment tables that move in only a few directions, this advanced couch can be finely aligned in six distinct ways—translation and rotation in the X, Y, and Z axes.
This capability ensures perfect patient alignment, which is crucial when delivering radiation to tumors located near sensitive organs or in complex anatomical areas.
How It Works
Six Directional Adjustments
The couch can move left-right, up-down, forward-backward, and also tilt or rotate to align with your anatomy at every angle.
Sub-Millimeter Accuracy
Fine-tuned movement helps align your body with the radiation beams down to fractions of a millimeter, reducing the chance of targeting errors.
Integrated with Imaging Systems
