What You Can Expect

Prescription Coordination
Our care team will work directly with your preferred pharmacy to send and manage prescriptions related to your treatment. Be sure to provide your current pharmacy information during your first visit, and let us know if there are any changes.

Refills & Renewals
Need a refill? Simply contact our office and we’ll handle it promptly. For faster service, we recommend reaching out 48–72 hours before your medication runs out.

Specialty Medications
Some therapies may involve specialty medications not available at local pharmacies. In those cases, we’ll coordinate with specialty or mail-order pharmacies and provide guidance on what to expect.

Insurance Coordination
Our staff will assist in coordinating with your insurance provider to reduce any delays or confusion regarding coverage and pharmacy benefits.

  • A full list of current medications and supplements you’re taking

  • Updates if you change pharmacies or receive prescriptions elsewhere
