What to Expect at Your First Visit

One-on-One Consultation
You will meet with one of our board-certified radiation oncologists for a private, in-depth consultation. During this visit, we will:
Review your medical history and diagnosis
Examine any imaging results (CT, MRI, PET scans, etc.)
Explain your condition and answer any questions or concerns you may have
Discuss your treatment goals and preferences
Collaboration
After gathering all necessary medical information, your physician will collaborate with our clinical team to create a custom treatment plan tailored to your specific cancer type, stage, and overall health. Your plan will outline:
Type of radiation therapy recommended
Treatment schedule and duration
Potential side effects and how to manage them
Any supportive services you may need (nutrition, counseling, etc.)
What You’ll Leave With
Before you leave, we’ll make sure you’re fully informed and confident about the next steps. You’ll receive:
A summary of your visit
Educational materials specific to your diagnosis and treatment
A proposed start date and instructions for preparing for your treatment
